Qualifications:

1.        certified patent attorney qualifications,

2.        4-year university degree or above with technical background; 

3.        CET band 6 certificate, with strong competencies to write both in 

Chinese and English; 

4.        hands-on user of office equipment and good command of MS OFFICE software; 

5.        3-plus years of experience with patent agency, and experience in foreign related patent agency work is a preference.

Trademark Attorney

Qualifications:

1.        certified trademark attorney qualifications;

2.        4-year university degree or above majoring in law or English;

3.        CET band 6 certificate, with strong competencies to write both in Chinese and English;

4.        hands-on user of office equipment and good command of MS OFFICE softwares;

5.        3-plus years of experience with trademark agency, and experience in foreign trademark agency is a preference.

Lawyer

Qualifications:

1.        lawyer certificate;

2.        university degree or above majoring in law;

3.        CET band 6 certificate, with strong competencies to write both in Chinese and English;

4.        hands-on user of office equipment and good command of MS OFFICE software;

5.        3-plus years of experience practicing as a professional lawyer, and experience in handling foreign-related legal cases is a plus.

Legal Assistant

Qualifications:

1.        university degree or above majoring in sciences, law or English;

2.        CET band 6 holder, with strong competenceis to write both in Chinese and English;

3.        hands-on user of office equipment and good command of MS OFFICE software;

4.        Diligent and industrious;

5.        adaptable; with good team spirit;

Full-time English Translator

Qualifications:

1.        university degree or above majoring in law or English;

2.        TEM band 4 certificate or above or with equivalent English capabilities, with excellent competencies to write both in Chinese and English;

3.        hands-on user of office equipment and good command of  MS OFFICE software;

4.        adaptable, with good team spirit;

5.        3-plus years of experience as a translator, and experience in legal translation a plus;

Business Development Specialist

Qualifications:

1.        under 30 years old;

2.        university degree or above majoring in law or English;

3.        CEM band 4 certificate or with equivalent English capabilities; good at both oral and written English;

4.        hands-on user of office equipment and good command of MS OFFICE software;

5.        with good demeanor and affinity;

6.        Experience in dealing with foreign affairs is a plus.

Qualifications:

Qualifications:
