Customs Protection

  • Act on behalf of natural persons, legal persons and other entities in applying for Customs recordal of the intellectual property rights both in China and in foreign jurisdictions;
    　
  • Act on behalf of foreigners, foreign enterprises and other foreign entities in applying for Customs recrodal of the intellectual property rights in China;
    　
  • Request the Customs to take protection measures in relation to the intellectual property rights.
