- Act on behalf of natural persons,
legal persons and other entities in applying for
registration of IC layout design both in China and in
foreign jurisdictions;
- Acting on behalf of foreign
individuals, foreign enterprises and other foreign
entities in applying for registration of IC layout
design in China;
- Represent Chinese and foreign
clients in applying for review of application for
registration of IC layout design;
Draft contracts in connection with IC layout designs
for Chinese and foreign clients;
- Provide Chinese and foreign clients
with consulting service on IC layout designs.
