  • Represent Chinese and foreign clients in bringing civil lawsuits before the people's courts in respect of disputes over proprietorship of intellectual property rights;
     
  • Represent Chinese and foreign clients in bringing civil lawsuits before the people's court in respect of disputes over assignment/license contracts of intellectual property rights;
     
  • Represent Chinese and foreign client in bringing civil lawsuits, criminal private-prosecutions and incidental civil actions before the people's court in respect of disputes over the infringement of intellectual property rights;
     
  • Ask the people's courts to take the measures of pre-litigation cease of infringement, preservations of property and preservations of evidence, on behalf of Chinese and foreign clients;
     
  • Act for Chinese and foreign clients in other legal proceedings in connection with the intellectual property rights.
